Jeff Worley and Jason Asbell kicked off GKH’s 2016 Seminar Series with “Legal Considerations for Independent Contractor Agreements” on January 21. Attorneys Worley and Asbell discussed the definition of independent contractor, the consequences of misclassification, and strategies for navigating the independent contractor relationship.
