Corporate and Organizations
While individual attorneys handle numerous matters in various practice areas, the firm has developed four practice groups for managing and coordinating the firm’s practice areas. The attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants within a practice group work collaboratively in a team environment to provide our clients with high quality legal services. The firm’s Corporate and Organizations practice group coordinates and manages the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law, Nonprofit Organizations and Intellectual Property practice areas. Led by Partner Peter Kraybill, the Corporate and Organizations Practice Group focuses on providing comprehensive legal counsel to businesses and nonprofit organizations through the life-cycles of those entities. The Corporate and Organizations practice group also works closely with the firm attorneys who practice Employment Law, to address the employment law needs of businesses and organizations. The members of the Corporate and Organizations Practice Group meet regularly to review client matters, develop business strategies, coordinate services, maintain high practice standards and remain current on changes to the law to aid clients. The Corporate and Organizations Practice Group also provides regular seminars and presentations on relevant topics. Some examples of seminars presented by this Group include:
- “King Lear: A Tragedy of Trademark Licensing” on February 8, 2012 to the Philadelphia-based Ben Franklin American Inn of Court for Intellectual Property attorneys
