Dwight Yoder, Justin Bollinger and Sheila O’Rourke will discuss this timely topic in light of recent decisions from the United States Supreme Court regarding the Constitution’s protection of religious freedom.  This seminar will explore how the Court has resolved conflicts between an individual’s religious beliefs and the mandates of public laws.  It also will explore how the Court applies the First Amendment to religious and secular institutions.  A light lunch is included.
