Operating Your Business Under Pennsylvania’s Stay at Home Order

Many businesses have been effectively closed due to Governor Wolf’s order shuttering the in-person operations of all non-life sustaining businesses. Some businesses are exempt from the closure order or have received waivers, while others are attempting to keep their operations going remotely. Most recently, Governor Wolf and Secretary Levine issued another order which imposes additional health and safety requirements on businesses when conducting in-person operations.
