GKH partner Peter Kraybill will give a presentation on trademarks at the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association’s May meeting. Along with co-presenters Maxim Voltchenko, Brian King and Mana Ameri, Peter will discuss trademark tacking and color marks, reprising a well-received presentation given in February at the Ben Franklin American Inn of Court for Intellectual Property Attorneys.

Peter chairs GKH’s Corporate and Organizations Practice Group, addressing the legal needs of business and nonprofit clients. In addition, he maintains a thriving intellectual property practice, representing clients in matters involving brand name and trademark protection. He has filed more than 60 trademarks and in 2014 ranked among the top 5,000 most active correspondents to the USPTO.
