BFAIC attorneys meet monthly for discussion, teaching, role-playing, and mentoring in order to promote skill improvement, professionalism and legal ethics. Originally one of only a handful of Inns to specialize in the field of intellectual property law, the Benjamin Franklin Inn was chartered in 1995 and has grown into a strong organization that is a major exchange of intellectual property knowledge.

In his intellectual property practice at GKH, attorney Kraybill represents clients in matters involving brand name and trademark protection, filing more than 60 trademarks. In 2014 he ranked among the top 5,000 most active correspondents to the USPTO.
