Pennsylvania’s Right to Know Law is a series of laws designed to guarantee that the public has access to public records of governmental bodies. In addition, the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act legislates the method by which public meetings are conducted. This seminar explains those laws, clarifies what information is considered “public,” and describes the process by which information may be obtained. Attorneys Dwight Yoder and Sheila O’Rourke will use real-life examples to illustrate how these laws are implemented.

A light lunch is included.
