30 to 50 percent of sexually abused children are the victims of other children and teens under the age of 18. Leaders and employees at schools, churches and other nonprofits often lack the tools to address what is quickly becoming one of the most urgent and perplexing issues of our time. This seminar begins with an overview of the problem of child-on-child abuse, and continues with break-out groups on Children and Teens with Sexual Behavior Problems, Child-on-Child Incidents and the Mandated Reporter, and Title IX and Duties of Care in the Wake of Suspected Abuse.

GKH attorneys Dwight Yoder, Jeff Worley and Ann Martin join Cathleen Palm, founder of the Center for Children’s Justice, and Linda Crockett, director of Samaritan Counseling Center’s Safe Church/Safe Places program, to present this cutting-edge seminar to equip leaders to meet this challenge.
