GKH’s Peter Kraybill and Philadelphia attorney Maxim Voltchenko of Duane Morris recently gave a presentation on Trademark Tacking and Color Marks for the Ben Franklin American Inn of Court for Intellectual Property Attorneys. Due to the positive response, Peter has been invited to repeat this presentation at the annual meeting of the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Lawyers Association in May.
