Attorney Peter Kraybill recently joined several other Eastern Mennonite University alumni at Franconia Mennonite Church for an Everence seminar on Estate Planning for Everyone. The seminar, subtitled “Smart, easy, and tax-wise ways to pass your assets to the people and organizations you love,” discussed ways to plan effectively to make the most of what you leave behind. Peter’s presentation was titled “When Equal Is Not Fair—Equitably Passing Family Assets to the Next Generation.”
