GKH attorney Peter Kraybill, a Board member of the Benjamin Franklin Inn of Court in Philadelphia for intellectual property lawyers, delivered the Inn’s final presentation for its 2015-2016 program year on May 10, 2016, hosted by the law firm of Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia. Attorney Kraybill led the presentation of the Inn’s pupillage group on the subject of “Intellectual Property Exit Strategies,” together with attorneys from the hosting firm. More than 20 intellectual property lawyers from the greater Philadelphia region attended to hear from attorney Kraybill and the pupillage group about negotiating and managing trademark and patent assets in the context of a sale of a small business to a large business.

Attorney Kraybill practices trademark law by assisting GKH clients with branding, clearing and registering trademarks, and addressing other non-patent intellectual property matters.
