Attorney Marci Miller will present in a  seminar hosted by Rogers & Associates which will be held on February 21, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.  Attorney Miller will give an overview of the responsibilities of a Power of Attorney (POA) and an executor/executrix of an estate.  The presentation will focus on what powers should be included and defined in a POA document as well as what is involved in the estate administration process.
