The Nuts and Bolts of Clean and Green

Sarah Jackson, the Lancaster County Clean and Green Administrator, will join Attorneys Don Hess, Dwight Yoder and Sheila O’Rourke to review the Act 319 Clean & Green Law that provides preferential tax treatment to properties that are being used for agricultural uses. This seminar will specifically review the requirements for enrolling a property, how the property must be used, what uses are not permitted, and when roll back taxes are triggered. This is an extremely important seminar for landowners who have property enrolled in the Clean & Green program or who are considering enrolling their property.
