GKH elder law attorneys Marci Miller and Ann Martin, along with Rodgers & Associates Certified Financial Planner Robin Russo, will discuss what to look for in selecting a retirement community, and in reviewing and signing a residency agreement. The seminar will provide an overview of the types of continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) available, and will highlight the importance of understanding CCRCs’ entrance fee policies, second marriage issues for CCRC residents, and options for paying for your care.
