Basics of Copyright Law for Visual Artists

Attorney Peter Kraybill will show artists how to protect themselves against accusations of copyright infringement, and how to mitigate harm if such accusations are made. Using a hypothetical case study, attorney Kraybill will discuss what typically happens when infringement allegations are made, and what information is significant in defending against these allegations.
