Attorney Peter Kraybill will show artists how to protect themselves against accusations of copyright infringement, and how to mitigate harm if such accusations are made. Using a hypothetical case study, attorney Kraybill will discuss what typically happens when infringement allegations are made, and what information is significant in defending against these allegations.
