GKH is pleased to announce that attorney Douglas A. Smith has joined the firm.

Doug, who resides in Manheim Township, practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, corporate and nonprofit law, tax planning and tax controversy matters, trusts, and business succession planning. Doug holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University, a master’s degree from Portland State University, a law degree from Villanova University School of Law, and an LL.M. (Tax) from Georgetown University Law Center. Most recently he was a partner at Spencer Law Firm LLC in Lancaster. In addition, he served as director of the Central Pennsylvania Federal Tax Clinic for low income and limited English proficiency taxpayers from 2009 to 2015.
