Gibbel Kraybill & Hess seeks a part-time Accounting Manager Assistant/Administrative Assistant with a potential for full-time employment to support our accounting manager and office manager. Responsibilities will include A/R, A/P, billing, general ledger, and reconciliation.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with bookkeeping and an understanding of accounting principles, be proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with information technology (IT). Excellent self-management, organizational and detail-oriented skills are essential, plus a desire to be an integral part of a team-oriented office. Additional experience with IT would be a plus.
