NOTICE: LLC ANNUAL REPORT FILING DEADLINE

Beginning 2025, the Pennsylvania Department of State Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations (“Corporations Bureau”) requires the submission of an annual report by most business entities. The deadline for domestic and foreign limited liability companies to file its first annual report with the Corporations Bureau is today, September 30, 2025. To complete the annual report, the LLC’s representative must collect the correct entity name as it appears with the Corporations Bureau, the address of its registered office, the name of at least one governor (a manager of the LLC or an authorized member), the names and titles of the persons who are its principal officers (if any), the address of its principal office, and its entity number. In addition, each filer must ensure the $7 filing fee is paid upon submission of the annual report. If a report has not yet been filed, the authorized representative may file it electronically yet today via the Pennsylvania Department of State’s website.
