Please join us for a one-hour seminar addressing employer obligations and rights relating to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”). Topics will include preparing for an I-9 inspection, developing a plan in the event that ICE seeks entry onto an employer’s premises, and understanding the difference between an administrative warrant and a judicial warrant. This presentation is intended to help employers feel informed and prepared for the possibility of interacting with ICE agents.
