Contracts: Corporate Practice Group Seminar

Businesses and Nonprofits alike routinely negotiate and enter into various types of contracts. While some forms of contract may be used and reused, contracts should be routinely evaluated from both a business and legal standpoint. This seminar will provide an overview of the enforceability of contracts, and then explore particular topics such as the legal significance of key contractual provisions, contract negotiation strategies and common pitfalls generally. There will also be a brief Employment Law update with Jeff Worley. This complimentary update is for friends of GKH and includes lunch.
