Schenley is a member of the GKH Advocacy Practice Group where she concentrates her practice in guardianships, estates, trusts, family fiduciary disputes, and zoning and land use matters.

Schenley assists clients through all aspects of guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, including matters involving the care and oversight of incapacitated adults. Schenley also advises property owners, developers, and municipalities in zoning, land development, and permitting matters by providing practical guidance to help clients navigate complex regulatory and procedural requirements.

Before joining GKH, Schenley gained valuable experience in estate administration and guardianship matters through her work in the Orphans’ Court Division of the York County Court of Common Pleas. Prior to that position, she practiced as an associate attorney representing clients in administrative and regulatory compliance proceedings. Schenley is committed to community service and currently serves as a Pro Bono Guardian Monitor in Dauphin County.

Some of her favorite things include spending time with her family and friends, traveling, cooking, reading, and restorative wellness practices.
