Kyle J. Davis

Kyle is a member of the firm’s Advocacy Group and Corporate Practice Group. Kyle represents clients in state and federal court in trials and appeals. He practices in the areas of civil litigation, criminal defense, and employment law.

Kyle assist clients in all aspects of the litigation process from preliminary investigations through the trial and appeal. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, focusing on commercial litigation, civil rights actions, and employment litigation.

Before becoming an attorney, Kyle was a high school history, government, and economics teacher for over a decade. This background allows him to communicate effectively with clients about complicated legal issues and has also led to an interest in students’ rights and constitutional rights.

Prior to joining GKH, Kyle clerked for the Honorable Judge Gerald Tjoflat on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and practiced law at a firm in Chicago. In law school, Kyle was an articles editor for the Washington University Law Review and also represented clients in Washington University’s Appellate Clinic.

Kyle lives in Lancaster City with his fiancé and their dog. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, perusing local bookstores, reading, and watching reality TV.
