J. Elvin Kraybill

Elvin practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and real estate law. He prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills that address the circumstances of individuals and families. He advises executors and trustees on procedures to settle estates, administer trusts and file inheritance tax returns. Elvin is a past president of the Lancaster Bar Association and has chaired its Long Range Planning Committee. He is one of the founding partners of the firm.
