Elvin practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, business law and nonprofit organizations. He prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and living will documents that address the circumstances of individuals and families. Elvin also advises executors and trustees on procedures to settle estates, administer trusts and file inheritance tax returns. Elvin counsels business and charitable organizations regarding organizational structure and operations. He develops business succession strategies and drafts buy-sell agreements to plan for transfer of ownership. Elvin handles real estate transactions and provides title insurance and closing documents for real estate purchases and financing. Elvin is a past president of the Lancaster Bar Association and has chaired its Long Range Planning Committee. He has conducted strategic planning sessions for church, charitable and legal organizations. He has served on the governing boards of a hospital and a college. Elvin is one of the founding partners of the firm. He enjoys running, reading and following current events. Elvin and his wife live in Manheim Township.
