Elizabeth I. Reed
AttorneyElizabeth practices in the areas of corporate practice, employment law, general litigation, and estate planning.
In her work with corporate clients, Elizabeth helps guide business owners through various aspects of business formation and compliance. She works with clients on employment matters, entity formation, business succession and acquisition, and general business matters. She especially enjoys helping businesses through employment litigation and compliance, as well as working with business owners through times of growth and transition.
Elizabeth also guides individuals through the process of estate planning by thoughtfully preparing wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
While in law school, Elizabeth served as a staff member on the Widener Commonwealth Law Review. She also worked as a student intern for the Honorable Jennifer P. Wilson of the United States Federal Court of the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and for the Honorable David R. Workman (retired) of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas.
Elizabeth lives in Lancaster City with her husband and their dog, Cleo. In her free time, she enjoys going for runs, traveling, spending time with her family, and watching reality T.V.
