Angelo assists families in the preparation of comprehensive estate plans including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills. He also counsels those considering long-term care planning, Medical Assistance, and special needs planning. Angelo has represented estates, beneficiaries, creditors, and guardians before the Lancaster County Orphans’ Court.
In his corporate practice, Angelo guides entrepreneurs through business formation and the transfer of business interests. He also works with contractors and subcontractors in the following areas: compliance with Pennsylvania’s Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act; mechanics’ liens; and review of construction contracts between owners, general contractors and subcontractors. Angelo has represented both property owners and tenants in residential and commercial real estate matters, including property sales, lease negotiation, real estate tax exemption, seller’s disclosures, and housing issues.
Prior to joining our firm, Angelo worked as a paralegal in the Philadelphia area. During law school, he was an Articles Editor for the Penn State Law Review and a member of the Woolsack Honor Society. Through a law school externship program, Angelo clerked for Chief Judge Christopher C. Connor in the Middle District of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg.
Angelo lives in Manheim Township with his wife and daughters.
