Partner

Angelo focuses his practice in three key areas: estates and trusts, real estate, and corporate matters. In his estates and trusts practice, Angelo has advocated for the elderly and sought to ensure that their wishes are carried out and that they are not victims of fraud or abuse.  Angelo has litigated and settled matters involving allegations of undue influence, lack of capacity, and abuse of Power of Attorney. He has represented estates, beneficiaries, creditors, and guardians before the Lancaster County Orphans’ Court.  In his estate planning practice, Angelo also assists families in the preparation of comprehensive estate plans including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills.  He also counsels those considering long-term care planning, Medical Assistance, and special needs planning.

In his corporate practice, Angelo guides entrepreneurs through business formation and the transfer of business interests. Angelo has represented both property owners and tenants in residential and commercial real estate matters, including property sales, lease negotiation, real estate tax exemption, seller’s disclosures, and housing issues.  Angelo’s landlord-tenant clients have included commercial lessee-franchisees, individuals, and federally subsidized housing projects.  Licensed in New Jersey, Angelo also represents clients who seek to purchase or sell New Jersey real estate or administer a New Jersey estate.  Angelo has also represented several homeowner’s and contractors who seek counsel on issues arising from construction contracts or compliance with laws like the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act and the Seller’s Disclosure Act.

Prior to joining our firm, Angelo worked as a paralegal in the Philadelphia area.  During law school, he was an Articles Editor for the Penn State Law Review and a member of the Woolsack Honor Society.  Through a law school externship program, Angelo clerked for Chief Judge Christopher C. Connor in the Middle District of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg.

Angelo lives in Manheim Township with his wife and children.
