Summer Event

 

You and your families are invited to join us for our 2026 summer event at Longwood Gardens!

The office will be closed for the day and individuals attending the event will not be expected to work. However, because this event is considered a work activity, the expectation is that you will either work a regular day or use PTO to take the day off if you are not attending the event.

Day Schedule:

10:00am Longwood Gardens opens – Please park in the visitors center parking lot. Parking is FREE.

10:00am – 12:00pm Arrive at your leisure to enjoy gardens

12:00pm – Welcome into the Fountain Room

12:30pm – Catered meal (lunch totes) served

12:00pm – 3:00pm  Continued access to the Fountain room and soft beverage station (iced tea, citrus water, and canned sodas) you may come and go as you please during this time

3:00pm – 10:00pm Stay as long as you’d like and enjoy the rest of your day in the gardens! Check below to see some of the exciting offerings available in the gardens

10:00pm Longwood Gardens closes

 

Lunch Totes:

Your choice of one main

  1. Cracked pepper bacon sandwich
  2. House roasted turkey fontina sandwich
  3. Vegan Primavera sandwich

each tote also includes:

– Couscous Salad, Herbs, Seasonal Vegetables
– Root Vegetable Chips
– Superfood Chocolate Bark
– Reusable Water Bottle
