On December 14 attorney Lindsay O’Neil joined several other local attorneys for a Lancaster Bar Association Foundation-sponsored holiday party for families at the Transitional Living Center (TLC). More than 30 children enjoyed a visit from Mr. and Mrs. Claus and received a bag full of gifts based on their wish lists sent to the North Pole. The party also included a dinner, the singing of Jingle Bells led by Santa Claus, and games for children and their parents. In addition, all parents received a bucket with towels, toiletries and candies. Local attorneys contributed the gifts, food and funds for the event, and worked with the staff and volunteers of TLC and the Lancaster Bar Association to throw the party.

TLC is a 52-room short-term housing facility located in the heart of Lancaster City. Its mission is to end the cycle of homelessness. Each household living at TLC must be committed to the goal of finding permanent housing. TLC also offers classes to assist adults in their personal and professional development.
