Where Law and Art Intersect
On March 6, GKH partner Peter Kraybill will speak with art department and senior seminar students at Franklin & Marshall College. His topic: issues of copyright and fair use in creating artworks. Peter chairs the GKH Corporate and Organizations Practice Group, and regularly counsels clients in intellectual property matters for the protection of creative works and trademarks.
