On January 7 GKH partner Peter Kraybill and several colleagues presented a seminar to the members of the Ben Franklin American Inn of Court in Philadelphia. Designed for intellectual property attorneys, the seminar explored legal issues associated with global brands and national brands on the internet. Topics included filing strategies, potential country-specific problems, and domain name issues. Peter is fluent in Spanish and Russian, has lived abroad, and has broad experience in the areas of intellectual property and trademarks in a global context.
