Attorneys present “King Lear: A Tragedy of Trademark Licensing”

Attorneys Heather Moyer, Tracey Grinestaff and Peter Kraybill present “King Lear: A Tragedy of Trademark Licensing” on February 8th, 2012 to the Philadelphia-based Ben Franklin American Inn of Court for Intellectual Property attorneys.  Attorney Kraybill is the group leader for this pupilage group presentation, which features a trademark licensing scenario based on Shakespeare’s King Lear tragedy.  Attorneys Moyer, Grinestaff and Kraybill are in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group and advise clients on business branding, trademark registration and corporation formation issues, among other corporate matters.
